Joao Rodrigues of Metal Management, Inc. of Newark, N.J., uses a torch to cut up a massive oil storage tank that was taken down over the last few days. Fourteen old, rusty and empty oil storage tanks are finally coming down on 25 acres of land off Phelps Street to make way for a new riverfront park.
