Glatfelter today announced it has signed a definitive agreement to purchase all of the outstanding equity of Spezialpapierfabrik Oberschmitten GmbH from FINSPO Beteiligungs-GmbH for 8.5 million . SPO has annual sales of approximately 25 million .
