Glatfelter acquires Germany-based electrical paper manufacturer

The company stated in a news release that the acquisition should add 3 to 5 cents accretive earnings per share to their 2015 stock. That number excludes one time acquisition and integration costs, which will be between $2 million and $3 million, the company said.
