Global Cobalt Corp. announced the following nominees for both Global Cobalt Corp and Global Energy Metals, to be proposed at the Annual General Special Meeting on July 17, 2015: Erin Chutter, Raymond Castelli, Peter Reynolds, Gaston Reymenants, Paul Sarjeant, Alexander Ordanian, Alexei Musteatsa, Julian Lowenfeld, Maximiliano Barrientos, Andrey Melnikov; Erin Chutter, Raymond Castelli, Peter Reynolds, Gaston Reymenants, Paul Sarjeant. Once final Court approval is received on the proposed transaction, the names marked with an * will resign from the Board.
