Global IoT spending to grow 17% to USD 800 bln in 2017

(Telecompaper) Worldwide spending on the Internet of Things (IoT) will grow 16.7 percent this year to just over USD 800 billion, according to the latest forecast from DIC. This is expected to grow to nearly USD 1.4 trillion by 2021. The market researcher's latest report focuses on the most promising use cases for the IoT.
