He is the developer behind Michigan's first commercial wind farm in Mackinac City and the state's largest wind farm, a 133 turbine development in Gratiot County. The president of Lowell-based Mackinaw Power also pioneered a new community-based approach to developing wind projects, resulting in the Gratiot County Commission adopting countywide wind zoning.
