Google releases Android P beta at developers conference

(Telecompaper) Google has released a beta version of the next version of the Android mobile operating system, Android P, at its annual developers conference. The new software makes increased use of machine learning and artificial intelligence to improve phone features such as battery life and screen brightnesss, and also introduces new app 'actions' and 'slices' to make it easier to find and access apps quickly.
