Google targets the home with a suite of own-brand hardware

(Telecompaper) Google announced the launch of a range of wireless devices for use in the home and bearing the company's own brand. A voice-controlled content hub called Google Home will ship from 4 November priced at USD 129 and is designed to interact with new WiFi-boosting devices and an updated Chromecast audiovisual content streamer.
