While Nextel is significantly smaller, with only 3 percent of the country's mobile business and no internet services, Cablevisin's broadband provider Fibertel also has roughly one quarter of the market, so joining forces with Arnet would put it in a dominant position. Cablevisn is also by far the largest cable TV company in the country, with more than 40 percent of clients.
