Site grading has started for what will be the first Whole Foods Market grocery store in the Inland Empire, according to the developer. The 30,000-square-foot Whole Foods Market store will be in Upland when it's expected to be completed in late 2017 and will anchor a 10-acre Sycamore Hills Plaza shopping center on the border of Claremont and Upland.
