Grand opening held for $430M oil refinery at Dickinson

Bismarck-based MDU Resources Group and Indianapolis-based Calumet Specialty Products Partners built the $430 million Dakota Prairie Refinery near Dickinson. Officials on Monday held a grand opening celebration.
