Greeley Mazda and Subaru may join other car dealerships on 47th Avenue

If the city of Greeley approves rezoning and building plans, two longtime car dealerships may head west to join the many others along 47th Avenue. Owner Warren Yoder said he is just waiting on approval from the city to rezone the land west of Lowe's on 47th Avenue.
