Green top layer offers surface resistance (1 x 10<sup>6</sup> to <1 x 10<sup>9</sup> &Omega; Rtt) that meets ANSI/ESD S20.20 and ANSI/ESD S4.1, while bottom black layer exhibits <1 x 10<sup>5</sup> Rtt conductivity for reduced resistance to ground.
