Associated Press: Statewide and local environmental groups took public comment on Thursday evening to forward to the Environmental Protection Agency on a proposed rule to regulate carbon emissions from new power plants. A peoples hearing held in meeting rooms of the Holiday Inn in Helena brought forward support for the EPAs new regulation and affirmed the need to also move ahead with the proposed regulation.
