On Tuesday, the Greeneville Board of Mayor and Aldermen voted to accept a proposal from PNW East LLC to develop a 100-acre lot at Hardin Industrial Complex, off the Baileyton Road. The action did not finalize the deal, but allows the town to move forward with negotiating a lease agreement for the site, which the town has owned for more than two decades.
