BusinessGreen: Climate charity Greenpeace has erected a 10-metre tall fracking rig next to the Houses of Parliament in protest against moves by government to allow ministers, not local councils, to have the final say over fracking applications. The fracking rig features a flame lit each hour with bioethanol, and is accompanied by floodlighting and sound effects of drilling and lorries. The elaborate protest coincides with the first day of the Planning Inspectorate inquiry into whether fracking should be allowed...
