GridLiance Holdco, LP, through subsidiary South Central MCN LLC (“GridLiance” or “the Company”), the Missouri Joint Municipal Electric Utility Commission (“MJMEUC”) and the City of Nixa, Missouri (“Nixa” or “the City”) recently announced that GridLiance and Nixa have entered into a definitive agreement under which GridLiance will acquire Nixa’s electric transmission assets, including a 10 mile, 69 kV transmission line between the City of Springfield and the Southwest Power Administration, as well as five substations and related infrastructure
