Dedicated for groove milling and parting off operations, CoroMill® QD features optimized geometries and internal coolant solution, based on 4-channel delivery, to address chip issues. Insert geometry deforms chips to narrower shape than groove, and chips are flushed out by coolant. These aspects promote secure and trouble-free production. Available adapters enable use of these cutters in small- to medium-sized machining centers, large machining centers, and multi-task machines.
