When a 145-unit apartment complex sold for $20 million in Beaverton this week, it came as no surprise to Steve Morris , a senior advisor with Sperry Van Ness "If you go from Nike's parking lot to Intel's parking lot, and anywhere in between, properties are very much in demand," he said.
