Guyana, GTT provide Free Basic 4G with Sandvine

(Telecompaper) Sandvine has announced that it is enabling an initiative by the Government of Guyana and GTT to provide Guyanese subscribers with access to essential websites at no cost. With GTT's Free Basic 4G Services, GTT are providing mobile subscribers with free 4G access to more than 20 essential news, health, education, and government websites. The free service is available on every data capable phone, without the need for subscribers to have an active data plan on their account.
