In a far cry from what was previously rumored to open at Westfield World Trade Center's ground-level spaces-from Tiffany & Co. to Tom Ford-the New York Post is reporting that H&M is looking to open an outlet store at 4 World Trade Center, directly across the street from Century 21 and nearby a forthcoming Saks Off Fifth.
