Texas billionaire and former presidential candidate H. Ross Perot is visiting the South Carolina coast to announce his support for a new National Medal of Honor Museum. Perot and museum planners have scheduled a news conference in Mount Pleasant on Friday to discuss the project that will enshrine those awarded the nation's highest honor for valor.
