Designed for use in industrial applications from position detection to motor control, rugged and fully protected DRV5000 products include digital latch, digital switch, and analog bipolar output options. Chopper-stabilized sensors support applications from 2.5–38 V and include reverse supply protection up to -22 V as well as ability to withstand transient voltages up to 40 V. For use in existing designs, 3-pin devices come in 2 industry-standard packages and operate from -40 to +125°C.
