When Halterman's auto dealership general manager Alan Blad and the management team decided last spring to move the Mitsubishi dealership in East Stroudsburg back to the showroom across Route 447 shuttered since 2012 after sharing space in the Toyota/Scion showroom , it was a calculated risk. “It was a little crowded and we didn't have enough people,” said Blad of the old location.
