Hancock company paying fine, donating to school bus purchase

A Hancock County company is paying a $5,750 civil fine and giving $17,250 to the Bay St. Louis-Waveland School District to buy a school bus. Calgon Carbon Corp. agreed with the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality that it would pay the $23,000 in penalties.
