Designed for at-line manufacturing environments, T-Gauge® SPG makes use of terahertz properties to nondestructively penetrate many opaque materials to allow measurement of layer thickness. Pull of trigger enables thickness measurement in single or multi-layer products made from plastics, rubber, paper, paint, and other coatings. Driven by T-Ray® 5000 intelligent terahertz control unit, gauge is suited for quality control in aerospace and nondestructive testing markets.
