Harley-Davidson recalls Softail motorcycles due to...

Harley-Davidson is recalling almost 4,700 Softail motorcycles, due to a problem with the lamp detection indicators for their front turn signals. According to a federal notice, the rider might not be aware that a turn signal is not working -- thus increasing the risk for an accident.
