American Forest & Paper Association (AF&PA) President and CEO Donna Harman has taken over as chair of NAM's Council of Manufacturing Associations (CMA) to serve one-year term. According to NAM President and CEO Jay Timmons, Harman "will provide outstanding leadership to the CMA's efforts to advance pro-growth policies." Timmons cited her career highlights, such as successful and skillfull navigation of complex policy issues in Washington as well as her record of effective issue advocacy.
