Harris CEO William Brown has pointed to ongoing integration plans tied to the acquisition of Exelis Inc. that could shake up the structure of the combined company. Harris Corp. is quietly consolidating business segments in anticipation of the Exelis Inc. acquisition, eliminating a Herndon, Va., headquarters in the process.
