A Harris Teeter spokeswoman says the company is reaching out to the Air Force veteran who found a nasty note on her car that was parked in a space reserved for former service members. After she finished unloading her groceries last week outside one of the chain's Wilmington stores, Mary Claire Caine found the note plastered to the front window of her car.
