Developers are inching closer to building a Harris Teeter-anchored shopping center in Gastonia, though the target opening date has shifted to next year. After 10 months of legal negotiations, MPV Real Estate this month closed on its purchase of nearly 9 acres of land near the intersection of Robinwood and Kendrick roads.
