Hasbro's Adds Lions Gate Vice Chair to Its Board

Hasbro, based in Pawtucket, R.I., far from Hollywood, added Michael Burns, the vice chairman of movie and television studio Lions Gate Entertainment , to its board. Hasbro's chairman Alfred Verrecchia said Mr. Burns will help the company as it continues exploring how to "deliver content directly to consumers."
