Hawaiian Airlines names Shannon Okinaka its interim CFO

Hawaiian Airlines has promoted Shannon Okinaka to senior vice president and interim CFO, filling a vacancy left by the departure of CFO Scott Topping , the airline announced Wednesday. "We appreciate Scott's significant contributions to our company over the last three years and we wish him well," Hawaiian Airlines President and CEO Mark Dunkerley said in a statement.
