Health advisory not expanded for toxic algae in Willamette River

Health officials have decided not to expand a health advisory over a toxic blue green algae in the Ross Island lagoon. The State of Oregon Department of Environmental Quality first tested the water in the Ross Island Lagoon last week and confirmed toxic algae was present.
