Blue and Green: A report on the very first analysis of the cross-border impacts on health of coal power plants in the EU has been published today. The Health and Environment Alliance (HEAL), Climate Action network (CAN) Europe, the WWF European Policy Office and Sandbag, have outlined the enormous benefits a full coal phase-out would bring.
