Healthcare the only winner as Australian stocks fall

The All Ordinaries retreated 0.7 per cent to 5,619, while the ASX 200 lost 0.8 per cent to 5,615. One shining stock on the market was South32, which soared 13 per cent to $2.33 following gains on London's market overnight and some positive broker reports.
