Able to move material horizontally or vertically, En-Masse conveyors are engineered to application length, infrastructure limitations, inlet and outlet points, material characteristics, and partial size. Continuous-duty, totally enclosed design is engineered for aggressive materials, and capacity ranges from 2–1,000 TPH for single strand chains and higher for double strand chains. Base chain is high-CrMn, drop-forged steel alloy, and chain is case-hardened Alloy Steel, 550–650 BHN.
