Constructed using 42 mm pipe and joint system, heavy-duty flow rack supports 1,200 lb of boxes and totes. Racks are 72 in. wide, 40 in. deep, and 60 in. tall and meet all flow lanes restrictions within ergonomic zone. While top and bottom levels each have 5 flow lanes, middle level has 4. Flow lane widths can be modified to match box or tote widths as needed. Flow lanes feature low-friction, heavy-duty skatewheel conveyors that allow shallow flow lane angles.
