Man-made diamond-like jewel maker Charles & Colvard's new "71 years young" CEO insists he's not an interim at the seat - despite the long commute he's committing to from his home in Kansas City to the Morrisville headquarters. Marvin Beasley replaces CEO Randy McCullough , who submitted his resignation Tuesday.
