Offering products in 2512 and the 3920 chip sizes, HCS Series features resistance values from 0.3–up to 5 mΩ; power ratings of 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 4, and 5 W; and TCR values of 50, 70, 115, and 150 ppm/°C. Current handling capability is up to 129 A in 3920 size, and series features long-term stability and reliability with typical resistance shifts of less than ±1%. Characteristics expand application versatility and suit applications where low thermal resistance and self-heating are important.
