Available at frequencies up to 1.2 GHz, IQOV-150 series is based on internal OCXO combined with frequency multiplication and filtering to achieve phase noise down to -160 dBc/Hz @ 100 kHz. IEC C008 5-pin Euro package has 36 x 27 mm footprint and profiles of 16 or 19 mm depending upon specification. Frequency stability is ±0.5 ppm over operating range of -20 to +60°C, and pulling capability is ±3 ppm min. Operating from 12 V supply, product offers Sinewave output of 0–13 dBm into 50 Ω.
