The TQP9421 is a small cell high linearity power amplifier that operates from 2.11 – 2.17 GHz, provides 0.5 W of saturated output power, and has 30 dB of gain. The 2 stage amplifier is available in a 7x7 mm leadless SMT package, and is ideally suited for small cell, picocell, enterprise femtocell, Customer Premises Equipment (CPE), data cards and terminals, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), booster amps, and repeater applications.
