Model 2400 accurately fills syringes and compules with such high-viscosity materials as dental composites and restoratives. After convection oven lowers material viscosity, bench-top system routes material into containers using hydraulic pressure. Solid-state sensing system simultaneously controls amount of fill for single or multiple syringes and up to 5 compules for max filling efficiency. Refillable cartridge/piston assembly holds bulk material, allowing off-line preparation/storage.
