Equipped with 316L stainless steel diaphragms in first and second stages, Series 213 provides consistent primary pressure control in non-corrosive applications, regardless of supply pressure variations. Series is available in two delivery-pressure ranges of 0.1–2.0 psig and 0.1–5 psig, which can be adjusted in 0.05–0.1 psig increments. Design includes fine-pressure adjustment that is stable over life of cylinder, and leak integrity of 1 x 10<sup>-8</sup> ssc/sec.
