Used to coat steel motor housings in applications to 400°F, Corr-Paint™ CP2000 dries and cures at room temperature to hard, non-porous, abrasion-resistant surface. Single-part polymeric coating, resistant to acids, also survives salt fog, salt spray, and humidity testing periods of 1,000+ hr. Typically applied in 4.0 mil wet film thickness that dries to ~2.0 mil, coating has 200–240 cP viscosity, 1.05 g/cc specific gravity, 49.0% solids by volume, and 67.0% solids by weight.
