Available in EIA 0805–2225 case sizes, High Voltage Surface Mount Multilayer Ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) combine voltage ratings of 500–3,000 Vdc with stability and performance of C0G dielectric. Latter C0G dielectric exhibits no change in capacitance with respect to time and voltage, and CV values afford optimization and downsizing opportunities. Operating up to 125°C, products are offered with 100% pure matte tin-plated terminations. Automotive Grade is available for harsh environments.
