Highwoods rolls $46M bet on Greensboro, Nashville

Highwoods Properties in its quarterly earnings report issued late Tuesday announced that it will be breaking ground before the end of the year on two new commercial building projects in Nashville and in Greensboro that will have cumulative value of about $46 million. Highwoods did not disclose details for any signed pre-lease deals for either building, but both projects will be located in business parks that have a significantly low vacancy rate.
