With up to 50 mA of current sourcing for AC and DC, Vitrek 950i Series offers built-in voltage capabilities ranging from 6 KV AC/DC to 10 K Vac and 11 KVdc. Units incorporate 4-wire milli-ohmmeter with dynamic range up to 100 KΩ and overlapping Tera-ohm class Insulation Resistance function. Testers are also available with 40 A Ground Bond capability. Equipped with Dual Coldfire microprocessors and dual DSPs, testers offer ramp rates up to 50 KV/sec, dwell times down to 20 mS, and 3 mS test times.
