Historic Highway work will close lane in Troutdale

Improvements to a short stretch of the West Historic Columbia River Highway west of Halsey Street in Troutdale will close a traffic lane from Wednesday through Friday, June 24-26, 2015. The closure will allow a contractor to reconstruct the closed lane and add a bike lane in a project that will also build a new curb and sidewalk, and install lighting and water quality facilities.
