Parrish and Heimbecker Ltd Elevator fire, July 23, 1953. Damage was $13,000. It was located opposite the Canadian Pacific Railway station, but rebuilt on the Canadian National Railway right-of-way; a new site at #25 Seventh Avenue North in 1953.
